I'm Vincent, and I already have my forever home.
But I have greyhound friends still looking for homesSee my friends
Vincent is a very handsome, four year old Irish Greyhound who has just retired from Greyhound racing. Vincent we believe as a very small, inquisitive puppy in racing Kennels suffered the very worst penalty for sticking his nose somewhere where it shouldn’t and lost his ear. It was completely bitten off 😱 No prizes for guessing how Hector’s Vincent Van Gogh got his name !
Vincent is living in a Hector’s foster home alongside other Greyhounds where he settled in very quickly. He is house trained and used to being left while his foster carer goes to work.
Vincent can be a little nervous of strangers and loud sudden noises, but once he has gained his confidence with you he is a very happy and playful boy. Vincent is so deserving of a wonderful forever home, he is thrilled with his walks in his foster home and can get a little bit enthusiastic about them ! For this reason he needs a home where there are no small children that could get knocked over in his excitement. Vincent is not cat safe, he would be happy living as an only dog or alongside other dogs.
Vincent is very handsome boy, you wouldn’t actually notice his missing ear unless it was pointed out to you, because Vincent lost it during his puppyhood he doesn’t miss it at all ! This gorgeous boy is so deserving of a wonderful forever home.
