I'm Rick, and I already have my forever home.
But I have greyhound friends still looking for homesSee my friends
Rick is a Spanish Galgo who is probably only just three years old, he was rescued by Hector’s from a Spanish Kill Station, we don’t know how Rick ended up there, but it is highly unlikely that he has ever experienced much kindness in his life before.
Rick is a big Galgo and in fact looks very like a Greyhound, he is clearly nervous when meeting people for the first time and it is obvious that he is fearful that it won’t be a pleasant experience. Rick has relaxed since he has been at Hector’s and is starting to show a more boisterous, fun-loving side and has enjoyed playing with toys, he is affectionate and enjoys a fuss and a cuddle once he knows you are not going to hurt him.
Rick need a loving home with someone he can trust and grow to love, probably for the first time in his life. Rick would be happy living in a home as an only dog or alongside another dog and would enjoy the company of older children.
Hector’s Galgos have all been neutered, vaccinated and tested for Mediterranean diseases before coming to the UK. They have also been health checked by a Veterinary surgeon on arrival to the UK.
