Who is Patch
Patch is a Lurcher who was born in April 2006. He was handed into Hector’s just before Christmas in 2018, aged twelve years old, because he was no longer wanted.
Patch was totally bewildered by what had happened to him and it was clear he would not cope with kennel life. Patch was very lucky to quickly find himself a fabulous foster home. Patch adores his “foster mum”, the love they have for each other is wonderful to see, Patch clearly worships her. He has found true love and happiness in his twilight years and has celebrated his thirteenth and fourteenth birthday in his foster home.
Patch requires regular medication for some digestive problems and arthritis but is still very much enjoying life.
